Description

A good brief will help you narrow down the scope of the project, stay focused and create something both relevant and meaningful for the brand. This Logo Brief Questionnaire kit will help you get better briefs and ask the right questions from the beginning, ensuring your logo design process goes smoothly and you produce high-quality results. It’s split into two sections; the first section, ‘Brand Overview’ asks about the brand, who it helps (and why), competitors, and what makes the brand different. The second section, ‘Design Brief’ gets specific details of the logo, and asks questions to gain insight into your client’s design preferences. In the earlier years of my logo design process, this questionnaire used to be much, much longer. But as time went on, I realised that some questions just weren’t necessary, and some most clients couldn’t answer. So this is my final, refined set of questions; no fillers, just the good ones. They won’t overwhelm you or your client, but they still cover the important stuff that will help you create logos with real meaning.Inclusions:I’ve included two questionnaire templates in this kit:Notion Template: Good for in-person or video meetings. Comes with the default template containing all of the questions set up and ready to go. Just click the ‘New’ button and start typing in the answers right away. Easy as.Jotform Template: Good for emailing to your client. Sending a questionnaire will give your client time to research and think deeply about the questions you ask them, which means a better final result.Tip: You could use both templates in your process if you wanted to; first email the Jotform Template, then when you have the answers, copy and paste them into your Notion Template for quick reference. What you need:Notion: Free PlanJotform: Starter Plan (Free)Got Questions?Email me at liv@designguide.co for any questions.Refund Policy:Due to the nature of this digital product, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges, and all sales are final.
