Put any of overlay layer above your desired project in photoshop as a “layer”.2. Change blending mode of “overlay layer” from “normal” to “Screen” or “lighten”.Through this project you’ll learn how to use blending effects to get this cool effect in photoshop. Photoshop version used by me was cc2020.
